Ingredients
600g cooked prawn meat of your choice
400g cooked spaghetti
Olive oil
80g Fresh Basil
2 Teaspoons fresh garlic
300g salted peanuts
Salt & Pepper
300g cherry tomatoes
1 lime
100g melted butter
Method
Mix spaghetti and prawns
Drizzle melted butter and mix well
Blend the olive oil, Basil, peanuts, salt, and pepper to a pesto sauce
Mix all together and serve with lime and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
2 Matured steaks of your choice and braaied to your preference
600g of shredded cheese of your choice
4 tramezzini bread
300g mayonnaise OR hot sauce
Method
Cut the steak in strips and pack inside the tramezzini add generous portion of cheese, drizzle with either mayonnaise or hot sauce and braai for 5 minutes a side
Dish up with green salad
Ingredients
500g red onion
500g yellow onion
500g spring onion
500g White onion
500g chives
700ml vegetable stock
400g croutons
100ml olive oil
100g butter
1 packet white onion soup mixed with 500ml milk
1 litre cream
Salt and pepper
Method
Fry all onions with olive oil in a pot but leave 100g chives for dishing up
Add salt and pepper to taste and add vegetable stock to cook for 25 min on high
Remove from heat and add cream
Blend with hand blender to silky chick
Dish up and with croutons and left-over chives
